David Hogg Thinks There’s Too Much Nationalism In America — Twitter Users Flatten Him

Activist David Hogg’s Twitter page has grown to over 886,000 followers since the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting. He took the opportunity to become a famous mouthpiece for the far left gun grabbers. He declared himself a proud member of the ACLU. He continues to blame the National Rifle Association for gun deaths in America. This past summer Hogg traveled on the “March For Our Lives” propaganda tour. He went to several cities, including Chicago to preach his crap. Hogg’s latest target is Nationalism in America and it is because of President Trump.

Via The Hill,

“President Trump on Monday declared himself a “nationalist” as he railed against Democrats and “globalists” who put the wellbeing of the world over the country.

“At a raucous campaign rally in Houston, Trump warned supporters that Democrats will seek to restore influence to “corrupt, power-hungry globalists.”

“You know what a globalist is? A globalist is a person that wants the globe to do well, frankly, not caring about our country so much,” Trump said. “And you know what, we can’t have that.”

“The crowd began booing as Trump moved on to his preferred descriptor.

“You know, they have a word. It sort of became old-fashioned. It’s called a nationalist,” he continued. “And I say, ‘Really, we’re not supposed to use that word?’ You know what I am? I’m a nationalist. … Use that word.”

“The crowd broke out into chants of “USA” in response.”

The Hill was not the only one to cover the President’s Houston rally. The propaganda Channel CNN also covered the story and took to Twitter and tweeted,

“President Trump railed against “globalists” and declared himself “a nationalist” during his rally in Houston — prompting “USA” chants”

CNN’s tweet caught the eye of Hogg so he took to his Twitter page to complain by tweeting,

“The amount of nationalism in America is terrifying.”

Several Twitter users responded and slammed the activist, like user Carson Whiteside who tweeted,

“Feel free to move then, Little Dave. Perhaps the Middle East suits you well.”

Spot on, Mr. Whiteside! User Jim Barnes tweeted,

“This is scary? : The political ideology of nationalism holds that a nation should govern itself, free from outside interference and is linked to the concept of self-determination.”

Mr. Barnes did not stop there. He fired off another tweet saying, https://twitter.com/barnesjames614/status/1054804919906131968
“This scares you? : Nationalism is a political, social, and economic system characterized by the promotion of the interests of a particular nation, especially with the aim of gaining and maintaining sovereignty (self-governance) over the homeland.”

User Dani Chalmers tweeted,

“It’s terrifying that so many Americans aren’t #Nationalist ….. The United States of America is NOT the world police.. It is NOT our responsibility to solve the problems of other countries.”

User thetruthbeknow unloaded on Hogg by tweeting,

“Terrifying?? It’s not Nazi Germany level Nationalism, it’s a direct response to the amount this country has been sold out by liberals! You’ve exploited a terrible situation to become famous. THAT is terrifying.”

What do you think about Hogg’s take on the amount of nationalism in America being terrifying? Leave a comment and let us know.
