North Korea is at it again. Today they fired off what was believed to be an ICBM that traveled the farthest yet. The missile flew approximately ‘2,800 miles into space’ and landed in the ‘Sea of Japan’. White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders tweeted,
“.@POTUS was briefed, while missile was still in the air, on the situation in North Korea.”

At an impromptu press conference, President Trump asked Secretary Mattis to say a few words about what went on with the North Korea missile test. Secretary Mattis said,
“A little over two and a half hours ago North Korea launched an intercontinental ballistic missile. It went higher frankly than any other previously shot they’ve taken.
“It’s a research and development effort on their part, between building ballistic missiles that can threaten everywhere world basically.
“And in response the South Koreans have fired some pinpoint missiles out into the water, to make certain that North Korea understands that they could be taken under fire by our ally,
“but the bottom line is, that it is a continued effort to build a ballistic missile threat that endangers world peace, regional peace and certainly the United States.”
President Trump said,
“Thank you General and we will take care of that situation. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.”
The President then took a few questions where he was asked did it change anything about your basic approach. He responded and said,
“Nothing changed, nothing changed. We have a very serious approach. Nothing changed. We take it very seriously.”
I believe President Trump does take North Korea’s BS seriously and will deal with it appropriately. That’s why I voted for him. He provides strong leadership in these dark times. All North Korea is doing is waking the sleeping giant and if they dare launch an ICBM at the United States, I believe President Trump will wipe them off the face of the earth!
